As Manej Urla, our priority is the safety and health of our guests and employees.

From the first day that news about the Covid-19 virus broke out, our group has closely followed the progress through the World Health Organization and the Turkish Ministry of Health and took all necessary measures.

While our standard sanitation practices continued the same way, we have added to the frequency and the number of execution. We started to apply additional rigorous deep cleaning and disinfection protocols in the guest rooms as well as throughout the public areas of the property.

Manej Urla uses the following effective cleaning protocols and products to mitigate risks;

 

Guest Rooms

 After our guests leave, all used materials are packaged separately to be washed according to their room numbers. Cleaning and disinfection rules are applied to sanitize the rooms before the next guest arrives, and special attention is paid to the points that draw excessive contact.

 

Public Areas

  • In Manej Urla, the frequency of cleaning and disinfection periods for the reception, door handles, areas in restaurants, chairs, armchairs, tables, and coffee tables have been increased.

  • Cleaning and disinfection periods have been increased in all public toilets.

  • All our service equipment is washed in dishwashers above 85 degrees. Disinfection processes on all surfaces have been increased in the workshop, horse riding, and other areas.

  • All laundries are washed between 60-90 degrees with on purpose chemicals.

 

Personnel Areas

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection periods have been increased in high-contact areas such as housekeeping areas, public entrances, changing rooms, laundry rooms, and staff offices.
